Hey everyone! Molly here!
You may remember Kayla and Chris from their Moultrie vineyard engagement session…if so, you’ll remember how sweet they are together. Their wedding day was no different. They had a beautiful wedding at The Rainwater Conference Center in Valdosta. I’m so glad they allowed us a bit of time with them on the day of. I think my favorite thing about these two is how excited they both were. Weddings are usually a roller coaster of emotions, and Chris’ little brother kept saying “I’m so excited!” Their whole families were sweet. While Chris was putting on his socks and shoes, he looked over at his dad and brother and said “I love you guys.” That’s something I won’t forget. It’s not very often that you hear a grown man say that to his dad and brothers. Kayla had planned a ton of great details, and I think everyone pitched in to make it pretty grand.
I love love the silhouette shot that C captured of Kayla giving her mom a kiss. Below, right.
These two had a sweet first sight. Kayla got the excitement giggles right before she walked up behind him and had to calm herself down. It was so cute.
Ok, so it is pretty rare that I blog family photos, but this one is too dang funny. We were trying to get them to laugh, so this usher helped us out with a rather impressive and graceful leap. It worked. Thanks!
Dear Christina and Molly,
What a truly beautiful testament to what was a truly beautiful and memorable wedding for Kayla and Chris. Futhermore, you both have made it possible for them to enjoy those wonderful memories when they are old and gray and can’t remember very clearly, because you have told such a sweet story with your brilliant, timeless, and irreplaceable photos (I can’t come up with the adjectives to do the photos or your work justice). Such a terrific birthday gift to Kayla. Thank you both so very much.
Mom of the Bride,
Debbie
So Sweet, Mrs. Debbie. Thank you so much. It means a lot 🙂
