Louise + Chandler :: Jekyll Island elopement ::

Whooo! It’s been a while since I’ve blogged.
Our wedding season has been ripped apart slowly thanks to covid, and I’ve been pretty sad for our brides and grooms.
Last weekend I was able to get back to photographing some love ! Louise and her family have babysat for my kiddos and she is as sweet as she is pretty. She and Chandler had plans to get married at a larger wedding later this month in Alabama, but coronavirus had other plans. With all of the restrictions in place, not even their siblings could come to the ceremony. I was very sad for them, but they all got to watch on the live stream! Louise and her family are super laid back, and if they were stressed no one could tell.

This is a sad time for a lot of families, brides, grooms, and vendors. I am so glad these two chose to see the positives in a small ceremony and that they realize that marriage isn’t about the ceremony or the party. They can party later!!
