Brittany + Jordan :: Athens, GA Portrait Photography ::

I know it’s against the rules of photography blogging to blog two sessions in one day, buuuuut. I’m going to anyway :). Both of the couples have been dying to see their images so booyah (yep, I said it).

I went to high school with Brittany, and I haven’t seen her in 4-ish – 6-ish years (give or take a few ). So it was awesome to see her and see that she hasn’t changed at all. She still has an awesome laugh and really pretty eyes, and she picked a really nice guy to marry. We have been super appreciative of men who don’t complain during shoots lately, so we were really really happy with Jordan who joined in on Brittany’s laughs -n- giggles and seemed to have a great time. I’m glad she has such a sweet guy in her life!

Here are some of our favs!

Brittany and Jordan had their first date at Last Resort grill in Athens. We had a ton of people recommend we eat there, so my friend Mimi met us up there for some dinner the night before the sessions. OH MY GOSH it was SO good. I had the firecracker filet. I will be returning for more food. Mark my words.

Did I mention that Brittany and Jordan were great sports, along with these really creepy (but kind) fellas.  It was the night before halloween when we did these, so downtown Athens had a lot of interesting characters. These guys were good enough to play along with our weird ideas.

Sometimes, when C comes up with an idea, I think in my head “hmm. I bet that looks ridiculous.” But she never ceases to amaze me. I love love love this shot, where she was like “here, hold the light directly over their heads” and I was like “ummm, ok?! “.
