Hey guys! Molly here!
It must be getting closer to the holidays or something, because we have been busier and busier!
A few weeks ago, we traveled to Apalachicola to meet the Barnes family, who was on vacation on St. George Island. I LOVED this family. I kind of knew I would since Brooke and I had talked about clothing choices months and months and months ago. I was so afraid it was going to rain, when we first pulled up, but it held off. It made for a really breezy , but awesome feeling shoot. I loved their kiddo. I kind of wanted to sneak him home with me, because he did so good. He was easy to please and he lasted a really long time for a 2.5 yr old! I also loved the way mom and dad interacted with each other. They’re high school sweethearts, can you tell ? 🙂
A P.S. & Why photos are important: This past April, the Barnes’ house was hit by an F3 tornado. Brooke and her son were at home , but they got in a bathtub with a LOT of pillows. They came out without a scratch on them, but their entire home and furniture was destroyed. So were their tangible photos. All of them that were printed. Brooke said that she was able to save her hard drive that had photos on it, so they do have some. She said these photos were so important to her because these are the first photos since the tornado, they all have their health and their family, and they have started over.
Sooo, everyone, go back up all of your family photos to hard drive right now!!!
Anyway, we had a LOT of favorites!
If you’re ever in Apalach, you need to go visit the Tin Shed on Water St. Such fun things!!
That giggle <3.
For those who don’t know, boys can scream just as loud as girls can!!!
Even seagulls deserve to have an m&m thrown to them after a long session ;).
I love these photos! That little boy is so cute and looks like he is having so much fun!
