Ashlyn + Craig :: Pavo, GA Wedding Photographer ::

A few weeks ago, we photographed Ashlyn and Craig’s beautiful cypress pond wedding at Tallokas Plantation.  We knew it was going to be good, because Tricia Willis was the planner and Singletary’s was on flower duty.  We already knew these two worked well together, so we were excited !  We had just photographed Ashlyn’s bridals (I’ll post those tomorrow), too!  The reception was held under a tent in the middle of a pecan field. YAY! String lights made it look pretty magical, and the sounds of Frisco Vidal Band were great.  With the exception of a quick rain shower to keep things cool, their wedding day went so super smooth.

 

 The flower girls had a nice morning getting ready and enjoying hairdoo time 🙂

 

Well, Craig is a man of few words, so I decided to pester him with some photo time since we had so many of Ashlyn from her bridals.

 

 First sight time!!!!

 

Ok, so… This one has a story behind it 🙂 . hah! Cristina sometimes asks people to do things, and I am thinking “That’s going to look stupid.”  But those photos usually end up being my favorite (see image under this one..the black and white one..that’s it.. gorgeous no?)  Ok. So anyway, C asked Craig to lay on the ground with his hat over his head.  C gasped (she gasps at things that aren’t gasp-worthy) and everyone thought spider or snake, right?!  Well, it was a little green tree frog on his shoulder, and C snapped this pic right as Craig was raising his hat to see if there was a spider on him. SIGH. That was a long story. Sorry. I love it though!

 

 

 Ashlyn and Craig had their boots custom made with their wedding date and brand on the back! Sweet!
