Hey Everyone ! Molly here!
A few weeks ago, we photographed Laurel and Beau in Thomasville, GA. We already knew these two were great together from their engagement session, so we were excited to shoot their wedding. They were married at a church that I’ve been wanting to shoot at for a while, All Saints Episcopal Church. Every time I drive by it to go to Cristina’s house, I think that is the cutest outside of a church I have ever seen. So that’s where these two were married and had their reception. Singletary’s did an awesome job on the flowers, as usual, and Tupelo’s bakery did the cake. I didn’t get any cake, but it must have been good because it was all gone by the time I got around to it :). Yeah yeah yeah.. on to the love birds.
See, I told you the church was the cutest thing ever.
Laurel and Beau had an early morning wedding, so there wasn’t a whole lot of time to do photos beforehand. That was a-okay, because they didn’t want to see each other, just a moment alone in the garden for a quick word before “i-do”.
Ring bearer was not a morning person ?
I loved Laurel’s mom’s expression ALMOST as much as I did Beau’s.
Ok, I had to stick this in here, because I love quirky things like this. Beaus family travels with the family moose, and he needs to be in family photos, right? I can’t remember how far they traveled for the wedding, but I thought it was hilarious that he had a matching suit. They also have a thing where they wave in photos. hahaha! love it.
After the reception, we headed back into the church to cool off, and then we headed back to Laurel’s parents’ house for some photos of just the two of them.
Laurel requested a photo of the two of them under her veil. I was hesitant, because this kind of shot can get cheesy real quick-like. BUT this turned out to be one of my favorites from the day that C took.
Pretty Lady.
Ok, so by the time we were done, we were ALL ready to jump in the pool. They settled for the feet. Cousin was kind enough to toss in a beach ball for some color :).
They were such troopers in the hot hot heat. Thanks y’all!
