Hey Everyone! Molly here!
First off, Happy Canada Day, to any Canadian readers that may happen across the blog ;). ..ay . (sorry I had to)… aboot (there. it’s out of my system).
A few weeks ago, we traveled to Newnan for Christy and Ben’s wedding at First Baptist Church of Newnan. These two were absolutely gorgeous, and they were great in front of the camera. I’m pretty sure they are models and are just not telling us :/ . Christy and Ben were surrounded by great friend and family from all over. Ben’s dad had the coolest handlebar-ish beard/ mustache combo. I tried to talk my husband into growing one, but it was a no-go . Ahh, anyway, I had a hard time choosing photos (as usual) so bear with me as they load. Check out the gallery for the other 5 million. 🙂
Christy and her dad did a “first sight”. I always get a little emotional during those, and I don’t really even know them . What’s my problem?!
Love these two that C took
When we started with Ben and the guys, I was going to place his brother closest to him (we have a system). I asked him, “Which one is your brother?” and he said “All of them!” I had forgotten that I had read on the info sheet that he had a million brothers. A couple of these good lookin’ fellas are Christy’s brothers. I thought it was sweet of him to call them his brothers too. (But I was confused at the time)
Before the ceremony, the girls laid their hands on Christy and prayed with her. Ben is an amazing pianist who played while the moms were being walked in.
I like that Ben and Christy brought new traditions to a Baptist wedding. They prayed with their family, they prayed together, they sang hymns, and they signed the marriage certificate DURING the ceremony . How cool is that? Plus, the music was beautiful!
Their reception was at Christy’s grandmother’s house, which was where they had had many dates and maybe went fishing for giant cat fish. It was perfect !
They had peach ice cream! YUM!
Thanks for spending so much time with us on your wedding day!!

Does your site have a contact page? I’m having a tough time locating it but, I’d like to send you an e-mail. I’ve got some suggestions for your blog you might be interested in hearing. Either way, great blog and I look forward to seeing it develop over time.
